In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. Children up to 3 years free, up to 5 years €7.00, crib and highchair are available.

The apartment (75 m²) is on the 2nd floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms have a 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m bed. The living room is comfortably furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.

Welcome to our charming half-timbered house! You can expect a 4-bed room, a single room and a spacious 5-bed room on the lower floor – ideal for families, friends or groups. A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
