Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. House on Schafwedel

The municipality of Stelle is located southeast of Hamburg with shopping facilities. In 30 minutes you can reach Hamburg and Lüneburg. The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.

The 55 m² apartment is modernly decorated and has underfloor heating. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house. It has separate access via a narrow staircase. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with a toddler.

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjoining fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the house is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.

We are located in the beautiful town of Stelle, which is exactly in the middle of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg and the beautiful old town of Lüneburg. Our community is connected to all major highways (5-8 min) and has two more train stations, each of which runs to HH and Lüneburg. Supermarkets are also available.

Our house is located in a holiday home area on a 3000sqm property in a beautiful little forest near Hamburg. It is easy to commute to the city by train or car. Right in front of the door there starts the Luneburger Heath with all its activities, resturants and trails.
