Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinenviertel, is located in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from downtown.
