Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Good location to just relax or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore the whole of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.

From Steninge, you are close to both Halmstad and Falkenberg, golf courses, tennis and paddle courts. Cleaning is not included.

Our "farmhouse" is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad overlooking Suseån valley, fields and meadows. In the nearby area, there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafés. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach 15 kilometers to Falkenberg 25 km to Halmstad 45 kilometers to Ullared A place to stay if you want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are provided, but cleaning is carried out by the guests. Non-smoking inside!
