Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sterling

Cute studio with everything you need for short or long term. The bed was comfortable and the washing machine was very convenient. I’d book again in the future

The best way to say it is that if I'm traveling from eastern Kansas to Northwest Kansas again, or perhaps Blackhawk/Central City, or even Denver, I will go out of my way to stay there. It was that nice and Gaby was incredibly responsive as a host. The ease of access to the unit, as well as the instructions for how to use everything, as well as the checkout process, were big time positives. This is a great place, highly recommended by me!

Great place

Easy check in, quiet, comfortable. Perfect stop for family. A bit of a drive from I 70 but the easy check in, good set up for family and low price plus car wash right there makes it worth it.

Very kind and understanding hosts. Prompt and responsive hosts as well. Very greatful for the month stay. Very unique and one of a kind experience if you love trains. Newly updated with that old school feel.

Great place for work travel, all the amenities of being at home, plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, etc. made it easy to be away from home for two weeks.

We came for the Greater Prairie Chicken Tour sponsored by the Wray Chamber of Commerce. It was fabulous. We enjoyed staying at Stephanie's place as it was within walking distance of town. The museum where met for the tour was just a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and were very comfortable for our 2 night stay.

The home was cozy and comfortable. The furniture was very nice and really comfortable beds. The place was clean and well stocked from the towels to the kitchen. We loved the spacious backyard, conveniently fenced for our dog and porch furniture with comfy pads. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Felt just like home. Host very responsive as well.

Sarah's place is a gem! I loved the spaciousness, the privacy, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the kitchen/laundry...all were a big plus. I also loved walking around the area and bowling a couple games just a few minutes walk from the place. I would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay. More blankets for the sleep arrangements downstairs in the winter would be helpful. Propane grill for convenience. That’s it. Thank you!

Very welcoming, well organized home. Plenty of space for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Everything was clean and in great condition, and the host is friendly (the fresh farm eggs waiting in the fridge were an awesome little bonus!). Would definitely choose this place again.

This is a nice little place. I stayed here on a bicycle tour i was riding.

Clean and safe! Very easy to find and enough parking for all 3 vehicles we had. The fence is not completely closed off, so we could not let the dogs out, but we were only there for a short period of time. The shower and kitchen had all the essentials.

I loved this little blue cottage! I instantly felt right at home and the layout is perfect. The home feels very private, with neighbors nearby being in town all the benefits of various resturants and amenities. Check in instructions were very clear and arrived on time with zero difficulty accessing the property. I didn't hear so much as a car drive past at night and while unused to traveling alone, slept very well in the comfortable and large bedroom with attached bath. The cottage is also decorated lovely and was spotlessly clean. Courtney was a wonderful host, putting up with my endless questions and struggle to add our little dog to my reservation, mid reservation, when my husband brought him with at the last minute when he made it into town for our son's wedding. This adorable little blue cottage is defiantly my new home away from home while in Sterling visiting family. I am already planning my next stay!

Amber was amazing, super responsive, and very easy to visit with. The accomodations were excellent, very clean, and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly, highly recommend staying at this location.

Great place!! Everything was spotless and had a great view!!

Property was just as described and check in was very simple. Kurtis reached out a couple of times to see if we needed anything - we didn't, but it was nice to know that he was easily reachable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, lots of cooking accessories. We used the grill out on the deck, and it worked great. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view of the lake and close to town.

Kurtis's has beautiful condos close to the lake. The condo was nice and clean. He is very fast at responding if you need anything. Would definitely recommend his condos for future booking for any one.
