Monthly Rentals in Sternes

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at Petra Blue. It’s the private ground floor of a big villa property with expansive sea and mountain view’s. It’s a fantastic space with a large garden, BBQ area, pool area and an olive grove with a pair of resident donkeys. The apartment is well appointed with 3 en-suites, a well equipped kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor dining places. Maria was a fantastic host. She lives in the house above, though you wouldn’t really notice. She was just the right amount of absent and attentive - not there, but available when you wanted her. There’s loads to visit in the surrounding area. Chania is a fantastic town, with an historic old town, Venetian harbour and a modern museum. Locally there’s a number of good beaches with a choice of beach cafes/restaurant’s. We’ve had a lovely time here and would particularly recommend Grill Taverna Nikos for a draft beer and local food experience and Marathi Beach with Patelantonis Seafood Restaurant for a quality

The house is located on the edge of the village among olive trees. It is well laid out with a large living room with kitchen and two separate bedrooms. The whole is clean, new and equipped with everything you need. There is a large and comfortable parking space. The hosts were very nice, hospitable and helpful to us. On the last day of our stay they agreed to let us stay longer because we had a late flight. We recommend this place. It is a good base for exploring the Chania district.

Kostas and his team were extremely responsive and provided tonnes of support and helpful recommendations throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, and once you get used to the smaller neighbourhood roads, it is a little slice of paradise. The house was fully furnished and modern, with a stunning view and pool. We loved staying here and would recommend booking with Kostas.
