In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Cottage in Dalsgårde - 5 km. from Gråsten - a sanctuary 70 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

There is a 10-minute walk to shopping options, 10-minute drive to the beach. Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.
