5 min from the water's edge

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

It includes a newly renovated toilet with shower, a bed room including a table and to chairs and an entré with a simple kitchenette. Nearby you can find historical Vallø Castle and Stevns Klint - a UNESCO world heritage site. Finally, homemade honey, local grown fruits, eggs from free-range chickens, homemade breakfast and espresso coffee can be bought upon request.

Velkommen til vores lille gæstehus hvor der er ro og fred, landlig idyl og plads til store og små. Vi udlejer denne skønne bygning på 100 kvm fordelt på et stort rum med køkken og seperat badeværelse. Der er en 160 x 200 cm seng i tillæg til sovesofa på 140x200 cm. Bygningen ligger i forlængelse af vores hus med udsigt over marker og til vores hestestald. Hunde og katte er velkomne. Der følger en skøn terasse med hvor man kan nyde de smukke solnedgange og stjernehimlen.
