A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
