Duck down bedding with blackout blinds for a very comfortable sleep in a peaceful setting.

The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The stylish interior includes vintage furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows and reclaimed wooden flooring. The en suite room has a king-sized bed, walk-in shower and drinks refrigerator. Fully heated for winter use and a patio door for summer comfort.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

St Fillans is a picturesque village and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

Keppochhill is the perfect balance of peaceful village retreat and central Scotland adventure. The house itself is a carefully curated sanctuary where you can put your cares aside. About a mile up a private single track, you'll only have sheep and wildlife to disturb you. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, a hot tub, Smart TV and DVD library. It's also completely powered by hydro electricity with delicious spring water to drink.
