House holiday rentals in Stivan

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

We were on site with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

Listing is exactly as described. If you like it a little secluded, this is the place to be. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the small port of Merag - there you can swim wonderfully and are usually alone. The accommodation is small but well equipped and the many seating options on the fantastic terrace are wonderful.

A beautiful stone house with a nice terrace, close to the sea. The host was friendly and always ready to help. ☺️

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a little warning about the scorpions (who are not really dangerous) would have been great haha.

Great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful views and amazing beaches near by - short walk. Accommodation has everything one might need with a local shop and restaurant less than 5 min walk away. The hosts are very friendly! Thank you Matija and Isabelle!

The house is very welcoming and perfectly equipped. We really enjoyed the terrace and the silence. The beach, a stone's throw away, is wonderful and the sunsets fantastic. Hania and Angela were very kind and always responded quickly to our messages. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back.

Liljana and her family are very kind and accommodating hosts. We found all we needed at their cozy apartment. Terrace doesn’t have a sea view (but main bedroom window has it), but it is well protected from wind, rain and sun because one can close the shutters. Just a few steps away is the sea shore, a small grocery shop, a bar and four restaurants. We had great vacation there and we would recommend Liljana and her place to other travelers that like to enjoy holidays at a small fishing town.

The accommodation is located in a tiny, very beautifully situated mountain village above Martinšćica, surrounded by oleander, figs and cacti. Although some construction sites are still active nearby, they hardly affect the overall harmonious impression. The landlords are very nice! The water comes from a cistern and is not drinkable, which is why drinking water must be purchased separately. The furniture is simple, but new, functional and tasteful. The bathrooms are very well maintained, the kitchen is solidly equipped, the air conditioning works reliably and effectively. However, the house is quite noisy. Both inside and outside, the house is very clean, well maintained and almost as if freshly renovated. The seat in front of the house is idyllic, but visible from all sides and is illuminated by a very bright LED street lamp. In addition, the outdoor unit of the air conditioning is located directly above, which slightly affects the comfort.

The little house is really great. We were there with a child and a dog and we really enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs in the bedroom there is air conditioning and a fan, so the nights were pleasant even at 25 degrees outside temperature. All windows were also equipped with fly screens - which also contributed to a good night's sleep. The completely fenced garden was also worth its weight in gold for our dog. Only the slightly smaller freedom-loving furry noses could slip through the gate below. But with a little imagination you can also get that under control ;) We also found it particularly nice that sheep visited us in the evening directly at the neighboring property. The kitchen was well equipped and except for a kettle and a few larger cups we didn't miss anything. So all around it was a nice stay 👍

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful old house in the pedestrian village! A very cool home, despite being very hot outside. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you may need, especially the kitchen where you can cook anything. Very quiet and perfect for relaxing. There's a small garden and a patio where you can eat with a table and chairs. The small bedroom window gives a nice view of the sea and at night the starry sky. Petra has always been responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. We arrived in the dark and very tired and couldn't find the house. Petra sent me the exact location right away and we resolved it right away. Thank you, we had a good time and we relaxed a lot 🙂
