Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

Treehouse in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the midst of forest. In this treehouse you live up among the trees on a quiet and peaceful place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Nivå 84 Loft House with splendid lake view

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Our small cabin by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd which is beautifully situated surrounded by fields and eatery forest. From the house you can see the beautiful view over the lake. Unwind in the calm and quietness, enjoy starry skies and birdsong, and pet cute pigs. offgrid stuga

In de bossen van Asa (de hooglanden van zuid Zweden genoemd) verhuren wij onze stuga. Het is gelegen in een prachtig gebied in Småland met heel veel meren, heuvels en bossen, er zijn vele badplaatsen met steigers en strandjes om lekker te kunnen zwemmen, vissen en varen. Er zijn verschillende wandelroutes en steden in de buurt zoals Växjö. Het huisje ligt vlak naast een natuurgebied en is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wil jij ook kunnen ervaren om “offgrid” te kunnen wonen?

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It is intimate, simple and peaceful. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up among the canopy and wake up to birds singing. Through the large windows you can enjoy forest views as long the eye can reach. Here, the opportunity is given for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.
