Our cozy 30 sqm apartment next to our two-family house on the outskirts of Bad Lauterberg (about 3 km from the city center, bus 1 km) is waiting for you and could be the starting point for your vacation activities! From here you can start your hikes or bike tours in nature or you can stroll through our spa town with nice restaurants and shops. More distant destinations such as the Brocken and cities worth seeing are also easily accessible.

Our south-facing 1-room ground floor apartment is located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bad Sachsa in the South Harz Mountains. The nearest supermarket and the market street with numerous small shops are a few minutes' walk away. Numerous leisure activities such as adventure pool, ice rink, climbing hall, etc. are also within walking distance. Ideal as a starting point for hikes with and without inclines.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Apartment in the "Villa Sonnenschein"

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Sie verfügt über eine Größe von 54 qm und eine angrenzende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal geschnitten und eingerichtet. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
