For families & groups, private jetty by the lake, 7,000 m² estate (half forest), 100 km north of Berlin. EQUIPMENT: comprehensive but very simple. Please bring your own towels & bed sheets. Here, "in the middle of nature", there are plenty of animals of all sizes. Therefore: door closed in the evening, store food safe in the mouse. There is NO HEATING. SOUND SYSTEM please max. with a 5-W Bluetooth box Electricity separately €0.38/kWh, water €20/m³. For electric cars, there is 380 V 16 A, but no wallbox.

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The four lakes are all within walking distance of about 200 m: Stolpsee with beautiful swimming area, lawn, volleyball and playground Moderfitzsee also with a nice swimming area and sunbathing lawn Haussee with jetty at the monastery church Sidowsee, ideal for joggers and hikes. The circumference is about 2.5 km The house is centrally located in the village. A small shop is next door.

Need a little break away from the hustle and bustle? On approx. 30 m² you will find a modern cottage, directly on the Flößerkanal and with direct access to Lake Woblitz. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

Our small wooden house is right on the edge of the forest, so you can watch deer or other wildlife while having breakfast on the terrace. We live on the neighboring property. There is also a 2nd apartment. Our children's playground with trampoline and swing is right behind the house in the forest. Our 2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak, 1 rowboat and 2 standups are available to our guests in the boathouse at Wurlsee by arrangement. There is a wallbox for charging at the house.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

Offer vacation home in an idyllic location, about 150 m from the lake in Himmelpfort. The house has one bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with sitting area, TV and 2 sleeping lofts (one loft accommodates one, the other loft accommodates 2 people), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with microwave, kitchenette and fridge. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the forest belt of Lake Stoplsee.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

Accommodation "Baalensee" close to nature with shower & toilet

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.
