The apartment is located a short distance from the center of Ostrava, in a quiet and safe location - right next to the police station Nearby you will find a park, a river, the Ostrava Zoo (about 6 minutes by car) or the new town hall, and in about 7 minutes you are on the highway. An ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for renovation - but the apartment itself is completely newly renovated and modernly equipped.

The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Ostrava on a quiet street, about 3 minutes walk to a public transport stop, city park, Koupark - a large children's playground (one of the largest in the Czech Republic), there is a shared bicycle parking lot, a bike path that leads from the accommodation to the center of Ostrava about 3.5 km, nearby is a Penny Supermarket with an ATM. There are also restaurants in the area, the nearest about 50-100M from the accommodation. Lower area of Vítkovice about 5 km - Festival area.

During this unique and peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. We have just completed a complete renovation and no one has lived in the apartment since then. It is a nice bright apartment of 39m2 with two rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway. There is one living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom connected to the toilet. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A small family cottage a few meters above the Žermanická dam on private property provides peace, plenty of activities and a beautiful environment. We apologize to guests for the difficult conditions regarding access to water associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great for skating, walking and cycling
