Gorgeous country apartment w/ hot tub & log burner

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

Cliff Walk Cottage, Cotton of Auchmithie, Arbroath

PedroRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

Stunning modern 2 bedroom cottage with Hottub

We had a great time at Bekki’s place. Plenty room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed. Her instructions were clear. The garden is private. We had a BBQ and ate in the lovely tiki hut. The hot tub was brilliant! Bekki was very friendly and replied to my messages immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a brilliant few days away at the cottage, the place was lovely and clean for us arriving. The courtyard is amazing, we loved listening to all of the birds whilst using the hot tub. Traditional detached country cottage.

AdaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Sandra’s cottage is lovely! It’s a confortable base for touring the gorgeous Grampians and Cairngorms, the many castles, Stirling and more. The cottage is very private and silent. It is surrounded by a sunny nice-sized private garden. It has confortable and inviting beds, a charming livingroom with a tiny fireplace (it works well). Lots of books to read (if you have the time, with so much to see! 😉). The kitchen is equipped enough for a simple meal. Thank you Sandra for hosting us!

The Old Barn, Country Cottage in courtyard setting

KayRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wonderful & peaceful location. The barn is spacious and has everything you could need. Dogs aren’t allowed on the sofa or beds, however there is nothing to prevent your dog from going upstairs to the main bedroom, which makes the no beds rule quite hard work if your dog is used to being allowed upstairs and on beds. We did manage to block the stairs off with the fire grate. The grounds are amazing around the house and Irene was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and found a gorgeous walk on the Falkland Palace Estate. A really lovely, as described stay.

Glenlivet@Bluefolds, Moray, Cairngorms, Scotland

CarolineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at Bluefolds for my Dad's 70th. The view from the property is spectacular and ever changing, and you'd never get bored of that alone! Sue was a wonderful host, very welcoming and proactive. The accommodation has everything you could need for a stay there. Take your walking boots, make sure your pets are treated for ticks (as its on a sheep farm), and have an incredible time :)

Cosy, hideaway cottage in 2 acres of forest!

LaraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely peaceful place to stay. We loved the resident deer, the sound of the birds, the rabbits and the area was really beautiful with a few nature reserves just down the road. The cottage itself is very tiny, but has a lovely history. The WiFi works but is a little patchy but that's to be expected in rural Scotland. Cat (the owner) is very responsive and helpful.

Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

PaulRating, 5 stars4 days ago
If you were to think of a perfect Scottish cottage, this would be it. The place was warm and cosy with everything you would need for a night or a week. Peaceful and quiet, it was so nice to come back to a place you look forward to. We almost didnt want to leave each morning but the surrounding area had too much to explore. I can highly recommend staying here. You wont regret it!

What a fantastic please to stay. The cottage was clean and cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds super comfy.. The location is peaceful and quiet ( the neighbouring road is close but you cannot hear the very infrequently passing cars). Plenty of space for 8 people. The scenery around the cottage is beautiful.

Aspen Lodge

ChrisRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Aspen Lodge was absolutely perfect in every way. Secluded in the woods with it's own private lake offered the peace and relaxation we were looking for. The house was so comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean and had everything one could need for a relaxing break. The wildlife that you see from the door step is just phenomenal.. deer, hares, ducklings. A bird watchers haven. lovely touches such as the toiletries, fresh flowers, logs for the fire and full bird feeders were very much appreciated. Patricia was a fantastic host. We were greeted on arrival and made sure we had settled in OK. we didn't want to leave and will be sure to return to this fantastic lodge.

Antlers Cottage, Glenmuick Estate

SuhailaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely amazing — perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. Ballater were just 15 minutes walk away and Stonehaven were just a short 30-minute drive away, and Aberdeen was only about an hour. We especially loved being so close to Balmoral Castle — it made for a lovely day out. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting deer in the estate , which really added to the magical feel of the place. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty and charm of the area!
