Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Here you live very well in a newly-renovated cottage in an amazing setting! The cottage is newly renovated and partly newly built, there is a modern kitchen that is equipped with most of what is needed. New and fresh bathroom with washing machine. Sleeping loft with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed that sleeps two adults or two adults and one child. Living room with fireplace and TV, there is also a daybed where two people can sleep. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Close to the beach, cozy cottage in beautiful Bråbygden.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forests. About 2 km from here, you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's World.
