This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.
