Ligger helt nede ved vannet og har en liten strand rett utforbi. Kort vei å gå til godalen badeplass, fine turområder langs vannet. 10-15min å gå til urbane Østre bydel, Ostehuset, ogTou scene. 20 min å gå til Pedersgata, 25-30min til sentrum. Gratis parkering. Buss går 150m fra, 3-5min til sentrum.
