From the apartment there is a view both down to the sea, and to the gay street full of cozy restaurants. The apartment is located on the top floor with a private, cozy roof terrace with good sun conditions and a fantastic view of Stavanger and the sea. There are two bedrooms equipped with good double beds and good closet space Free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, bathroom amenities and a fully equipped kitchen are included.

Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 10.20 pm on the longest days. Stay for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the front door. Five minutes walk away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Nydelig renovert villa midt i sentrum. Her har du alt du trenger for et herlig opphold midt i smørøyet. En flott bakgård med sol hele dagen og overbygget hagestue. Hagemøbler, solstoler og grill. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og stue med spiseplass. 2 soverom i 2 etasje. Det ene med utgang til balkong. Huset ligger i en stille og rolig gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Restauranter, kafeer, bakeri og shopping like utenfor døren. Flybussen og båt til Ryfylke og Flo og Fjære et steinkast unna.

Apartment in a new house with a beautiful sea view

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
