The place is centrally located on Storhaug with 10 minutes walking distance to Stavanger city center - where you will find bus or train connections to most places in the region. This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid wood walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment includes a dining room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an attic room with bed. The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in its own right. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

Lokalisert i et eldre klassisk hus, men fullstendig oppdatert for å møte dagens standard. Nyt utsikt over hele byen via balkong på taket. Sjelden og unik mulighet for denne type bygg! Tv-stue med nyere smart-TV av god kvalitet. Raskt Wifi og egen arbeidsplass. Moderne bad med justerbar gulvvarme. Kort spasertur til sentrum, lokale kafeer og restauranter.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.
