Family-friendly holiday rentals in Storsjön

There were eight of us staying at the house during week 9. Downhill skiing was tested in Klövsjö (barely five minutes by car), in Vemdalsskalet and in Storhogna. We thought Klövsjö was the best! Cross-country skiing was most appreciated at Åsarna (25 min by car). Ica is 15 minutes away as is a bakery/cafe that delivered very good bread. The house has everything you need and renting the house felt smooth overall. Recommended.

We spent 9 nights at Malin`s house. It is an amazing location out of town with gorgeous views over the lake. The house was very cosy . The big windows were perfect for enjoying this location: a lot of snow and nature. It snowed a lot during the week and Malin sent us a relative by with a tractor to clear the snow. We felt very comfortable here. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants.

We spent seven wonderful days at the property. Mats was very helpful and had valuable tips for things to do in the region. We felt very comfortable at the place!

The cottage and place next to the lake with the possibility of swimming sauna and fishing with the mountains like a painting in the background made us have a wonderful Easter. We also had good weather. Highly recommended.

Cabin was very clean and cozy, easy to find and have a space for parking. Perfect spot to stay, beautiful surroundings, and the best part is jacuzzi!!!😁 we were happy to stay at Jon’s place.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Large and nice garden that both children and dog enjoyed. The house was a good fit for a family of five, and we had a few nice days in Ostersund.

A cozy, simpler cottage in a nice area. Close to the slopes in Klövsjö and Vemdalsskalet. Very affordable. Before we arrived, we were warned that the dishwasher was broken and the error could not be fixed before our arrival, but it didn't do much. The only thing that we thought was a bit of a shame is that you could not pay, and thus avoid, the cleaning before departure, you are right out after a few days of intense skiing and it would have been nice not to think about that cleaning. But it was still pretty quick to get it done.

Spacious and well equipped house with a nice kitchen. Worked well for the 12 of us.

Carin's place was much better than what we had expected. Clean, fresh, perfect location with car to the ski slopes. Besides this, Carin was a very nice person who responded kindly to our questions. Highly recommend this home and we hope to be back here during spring/summer

Everything was as advertised, great value for money! Was there during Storsjøcup, liked that the cottage was a bit away from the city but at the same time a short way by car. Highly recommended 😊

We had a lovely ski week in this nice cabin. The cottage is cozy, the kitchen well equipped and is located almost no view of the neighbors. It may be good to know that 2 of 3 bedrooms are very small but for us it worked well. There are good hangers, etc., for ski stuff for a whole family and extra appreciated with ski boot heaters. Very nice treatment and very nice and nice apartment that is very close to everything you do in the city. Would say the apartment was even nicer and fresher than in pictures.

A large, tidy space with great views from the balcony. Sofia and her family are very nice and Sofia always responds very quickly. Parking at the door. Nice beds, a good shower and a fully furnished kitchen. Lots of space to store your own belongings. Our daughter could play outside. Thank you for letting us take a look at the cows. By car, you will be in Östersund in 15 minutes.

Perfectly as described and close to grocery store, city center, and curling hall. Would use again
