Diese Wohnung besticht nicht nur durch ihre besondere Lage direkt am KuDamm, sondern verfügt auch über eine großzügige Dachterrasse mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna zur Mitbenutzung. Alle Zimmer sind schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche wurde mit hochwertigen Miele Geräten ausgestattet. Prinzipiell gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten und die bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer kann auch zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert werden. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen!

City-Apartment with a garden

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Dein Blick geht ins Grüne über Gärten bis zum Wald, nur von Fern ganz leise hörst du die Stadt. Mit U-Bahn und Bus kommst du zügig in das Zentrum. Lidl und Aldi sind am U-Bahnhof, viele Geschäfte und unsere Lieblingskonditorei sind zwei Stationen entfernt. In der Wohnung bist du ungestört, kannst kochen, baden, faul sein, auf dem Balkon sitzen und ein Glas Wein trinken. Und Berlin erkunden.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Vacation home on the water - close to the city

Our cottage is located in Berlin-Gatow and opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, only a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. Perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other side a true dog paradise with lots of nature for extensive walks, for paddle and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. There are swimming spots and playgrounds.

Modern & bright loft-style apartment with office

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.

Close to the city: Bright, near the trade fair ICC

My apartment blends city convenience with natural charm: Grunewald forest and leisure spots are just a short walk away. Whether as accommodation for a Berlin trip or for concert or sports events, you have the perfect starting point from here. It only takes a 15-minute walk to get to the forest stage or the Olympic Stadium. The nearest S-Bahn station is 5 minutes away. Messe Berlin is also just 5 minutes away by car.
