From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

The house is in a quiet area close to forest walks, swimming spots, The Well Spa, Tusenfryd, Svartskog, Ekeberg, Ski Mall, Oppegård Golf and Vestby Outlet. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, and make sure to clean before check-out 😊

Relax with the whole family in this quiet and peaceful residence. Nice neighbors. The house is nicely located in Hovin, 5 minutes by car to Lillestrøm. Bus stop 3 min walk away. Carport on the side of the house, there is room for 3-4 cars in front of the house.
