The apartment is adorable, great space for the trip. I would rent here again, the town of Dover is gorgeous and extremely walkable. Host is very responsive and helpful.

My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Travis' apartment. He was a communicative host that provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The check in and check out process was straightforward. We were a short 10 minute walk to the center of Dover, or a 2 minute drive. Overall, we would recommend this place to others staying in the area.

The place was affordable and the bedroom was spacey. Everything was clean and spotless too. Travis was a very nice gentleman and very responsive and respectful. 10/10 for this place I’d for sure go back

Stayed alone for a week and it was very nice. The surrounding area had lots of neighbors/ people walking around w their dog or family or just going for a jog felt very safe. I had some issues with the wifi but Travis responded within 30 minutes and helped me with it. The only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear almost everything but besides that everything else was very nice!

We came to NH for my grad school graduation, and Travis’ place was perfect for what we needed! Location was great & he was very helpful and informative :)

I stayed at Alan's place before and I specifically booked his place again. I would have worked my flights around availability if I needed to. I love the location and the apartment layout is absolutely the best. Peaceful and relaxing and everything anyone could need or want is there. Alan and his wife are so friendly and welcoming. I plan on staying with them again for sure. I love looking out the windows at the surrounding trees and I took pictures of the wild turkeys enjoying their surroundings as well this year!

I’ve rented several places, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The home was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and more! The kitchen had all the essentials, plus extras like spices, condiments, and even butter, which we needed. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, making our stay even more comfortable. The mattress was high quality and very comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Everything was perfect—highly recommend!

Charming older home in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Plenty of space, the loft area was a big hit for the kids. Both the upper deck and grassy area in front of the dock provided perfect outdoor dining. Spacious master bedroom and bathrooms. Open concept living area with plenty of seating. The kayaks and canoe were an added bonus. Great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Lots of amenities provided a stress free stay. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

Clean, classy, comfortable accommodations in a peaceful setting. We loved staying in this beautifully-appointed apartment with walking trails and access to the Oyster River just down the road and both Portsmouth and UNH within easy driving distance. Cheri was kind and responsive from start to finish.

Really cute space, perfect for one or two people. Has everything you need, including a full-size kitchen with all needed cooking and eating accessories. Loved the location, too.

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Shirley's place is incredible! not only is she a fantastic host, friendly and extremely responsive. Her place is gorgeous and exactly as described/pictured. This is our second time booking Shirley's place. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the lakes region!!
