Bring your family/friends for a fun and relaxing stay on Mousam Lake all year round! With 3 bedrooms, and additional loft and a basement sleeping area, there's room for everyone! Explore the lake with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards available to you or bring your own boat, the public boat launch is across from our front dock! When you are not enjoying the lake, the house provides many spaces for your favorite yard games, a screen house to play cards or have a drink and unwind in large hot tub!

We abutt a 13 ac conservatory land with walking & hiking trails off the backyard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Over 40 live plants for clean fresh air. Its solar powered, bright, open and full of cabin feels. Sit by the wood stove fire or have a bon fire outside. Relax in the outdoor hot tub spa (kept at 104° year round), jump in the inground pool (not heated), have a drink at the tiki bar, play darts or watch a movie (Netflix, Disney+). This place is great for families, a few couples or perhaps someone looking for a quiet place to relax or work remote.

The Vineyard Penthouse - Beautiful Inside & Out

Wake up to rows of sun-kissed grapevines and unwind in a serene, vineyard-view retreat. This open-concept suite featured a plush king bed, abundant natural light and inviting modern décor. Sip wine at sunset, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or unwind and relax, in our new “shared” hot tub. Although there are other guest on the property you will have this space to call your own and enjoy. ~ 5 min from Lake Winnipesukee, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 20 min to Gunstock and 25 min to Bank of Pavilion

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April.
