The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Linens and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

The small closed non-smoking apartment is located directly in the old town in the attic (2nd floor). A living-bedroom with double bed, well-furnished kitchen and separate shower room completes the apartment. Of course you will find coffee maker, radio and flat screen TV and much more, which makes living pleasant. From your apartment you can easily reach the sights, cafes or restaurants, as well as the famous churches and museums on foot <5 min).
