The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of bicycles is possible.

Wichtige Information!: Im Laufe des August finden Sanierungsarbeiten auf der Terrasse statt, weshalb diese vorübergehend nicht genutzt werden kann. Das Innere der Ferienwohnung ist nicht betroffen! Möglicherweise kommt es während der Sanierungsarbeiten in der Zeit von 7:30 h/8:00 h morgens bis 17:00 nachmittags zu Lärmemissionen. Der Mietpreis wurde für diese Zeit um 25 % reduziert!
