Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

This cottage is located in Sotenäs municipality with proximity to popular mountain walls and many coastal communities in most directions. The cottage is 25 square meters and has 4 beds in two bunk beds. The area is known, in addition to its climbing mountains with a bouldering facility nearby, for its saltwater swimming. Many famous excursion destinations nearby such as the House of the Sea, Stångehuvud, Vitlycke, Nordens Ark and Smögen. No dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
