There are no steps, and the entry is wheelchair accessible. Draw, paint or journal at the desk while the sunlight streams through the many windows and sky lights or gaze out the windows at the pasture. Enjoy coffee on your private covered patio overlooking the pond. Walk the beautiful trails or sit by the pond to relax.

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

This home is so comfortable and your stay will be worth it for the lake views alone but this home also boasts new reclining couches, 1 king and 2 queen size memory foam beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a great basement for entertainment, 65 inch smart tvs, plus an incredible outdoor and deck area with grills, surrounded by a fenced yard and water!

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request.
