Perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway! We were able to go to Yale art museums for the day and then came back to check out the beaches. Definitely recommend the trip to Dockside Seafood and Grill in Branford for lobster pasta! The hot tub was also the best way to end the day with a peaceful beautiful view!! Would definitely go back again!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect place for two of us and our dog. The home was just as described, welcoming, cosy and well equipped, and we appreciated all the local recommendations. We enjoyed local walks, the lake, and the great dog park, as well as easy access to Middletown to visit our son. Elisabeth and Daniel were fantastic hosts!

Wylda's cabin is just perfect—a cozy space right by the water, set on a quiet little street among the trees. I stayed here with a colleague for a work event, and the place was perfect. I highly suggest staying here! We were here during the spring, and the surrounding forest was beautiful; I imagine this place would be extra special during the winter. Wylda is a great host: excellent communication, and lots of suggestions. 10/10!

Jeanne's place was perfect for my trip to Guilford. Excellent location, close to the Green and to the water, quiet, peaceful. The house had everything I needed and more, Jeanne was super responsive and kind, and the bed was comfortable.

Great stay! Fergus was a great host - we drove from Boston with our dog and were attending a wedding the same day, so when I reached out to ask for earlier check in, Fergus didn’t hesitate and had the spot ready for us! They even were kind enough to drop off some bananas for us before the wedding. Check in was easy, an adorable, cozy cottage, and delicious muffins for us the next morning! Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend trip at Tony’s lakeside cabin to celebrate our anniversary. The setting was idyllic, and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake! Tony was a friendly and helpful host, and the whole weekend went very smoothly, from check in to check out. We would definitely come back!

This cottage is wonderful. It is perfectly situated, right in town, with an easy walk to the beach, but it is also surrounded by woods and the river, making it feel peaceful and serene. The cottage is adorable, comfortable, and bigger than it looks. We had everything we needed. Robert was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We had a great stay here!

My family and myself loved every square inch of this property! From the serene views and well landscaped garden, to the sound of a stream to fall asleep to, the spotless interior and attention to detail…the pet bowls and bed, the labeled cabinets, the toiletries and games, we never wanted to leave! We last minute had to accommodate family members to be picked up later than the check out time and Michael was kind enough to extend our stay until 2pm so we could relax and enjoy more time together! We might make an annual trip out of this house and can’t thank the host enough for his immediate responses and making us feel right at home. Beautiful home, we loved sharing it! The first night we ate at the near by restaurant on the water, Housatonic House, also a recommendation on the fridge! Great food and service and BEAUTIFUL views! It ended up raining Saturday, but we still got a Hike in on our last morning at Osbornedale State Park, beautiful trails and picnic areas! Wonderful time.

Angela was a great host and very accommodating after an unfortunate personal event we encountered just after arriving. The cottage was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Love the keyless entry. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt extremely safe. Deer pass through the yard throughout the day and what's more beautiful than that!!! We absolutely recommend Angela as a host and would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic. Traveling with two toddlers, we're always looking for ways to keep them entertained, and there was a plethora of puzzles, games, and toys at the house. The house itself is well maintained and spacious. The community is wonderful with a sandy beach and waterfront playground. The golf cart was an added bonus!

The proximity to the beach is unmatched. Additionally, a short drive or bike ride to Post Road provides an unlimited amount of food and culture to enjoy. The space is comfortable and clean with all you need for a short or long stay.

This home was a restful, peaceful retreat from a busy graduation weekend. We walked on the beach, enjoyed the careful, relaxing decor, and were happy to find coffee and an iron available. Our family truly enjoyed this house!

The house was beautiful and very nicely renovated recently. Great appliances in the kitchen, comfortable seating in dining area and living room and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the full river view. The location is right on the water and peaceful but yet only a few minutes to restaurants and groceries. The house is ideal for a couple wanting to have a relaxing getaway. We had 4 adults staying and that pretty much filled the space, especially with only one bathroom. But the bedrooms were a comfortable size and the beds comfy.

One of the best air bnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Was even more comfortable, spacious and well appointed than the photos portray. Walking distance to the three villages historic museum and so close to port Jeff and the university. Everything we needed and more, and Lise was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Stayed with two small dogs , so easy. Love this historic home!

We had a great stay! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the house was clean. Plenty of outdoor space and beds made it comfortable even for a large group!
