The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

A fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment, with secure parking and its own independent entrance. You benefit from a full kitchen including oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and all the equipment you might need. Ensuite shower room and light and spacious office room. Split Cycle Air-Conditioning in living/kitchen. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INCLUDING OUTSIDE. Flat is connected to another house, fully independant access and private but you may hear occasional noises from the main house.

Taj Kalamunda - Home in the Forest

Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, many hectares of public open space behind my house. NO WIFI

Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living.
