Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stratton

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

We had the most relaxing time at Janie’s beautiful Airbnb. It so so homely, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a wonderful minibreak. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved playing scrabble on the comfy sofa and watching a film in the evening after walking on the nearby SW Coastpath. The bed is super comfy and the shower was great too! Would love to return sometime!

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

I loved staying here and can't wait to come back. I came here for some R&R and the spot here is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts who respected your privacy. The secret garden was a bonus too!

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Amazing views and right in the middle of Westward Ho! The accommodation was very spacious and had all the home comforts. We travelled with a 5 month old, and we were offered a travel cot which was really accommodating. Secure parking with a dedicated parking space on site was also a big plus. The downside of having such great views of the sunset meant that the rooms were very light despite the blinds being all down, which can be an issue for young ones/ light sleeping adults. Overall, had a great stay and would come back again.

Excellent views of the beach and town. Easy walkable access to beach and local amenities. Apartment was modern and clean, with tasteful decor. It was ideal to have full use of the outside deck to enjoy sundowners. Information was provided on local eateries and sightseeing attractions in the area. Katherine was friendly and welcoming! Had a great stay, and would definitely visit again.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. Perfect 2 day stay for a wedding in the area. Kairen was super quick to respond to any questions and offered early check in if needed. Lovely place with every amenity we could have needed including a magical milk frother and some very thoughtful welcome snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive! Kairen was incredibly friendly and a delight to chat to, the majestic Percy the cat was also a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you again!

We absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's place! The loft was very spacious, extremely comfy, and well-equipped. A parking spot is provided. Charlotte lives on the property as do her two sweet pups and some very sociable chickens who tended to greet us when we walked to our car each morning. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful, but a quick drive to the center of Falmouth where there are lots of shops and wonderful restaurants. Trebah garden is only a few minutes away by car and is outstanding. Charlotte is very kind and welcoming, and a super responsive host. We couldn't have asked for anything more and truly enjoyed our stay at the loft. I highly recommend renting this property.

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

We have loved staying at Susan's place, it's really well done, comfortable and clean. It's close to local places such as Port Issac and Polzeath. We would certainly come back when in the area again

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Unbelievable view and a very modern apartment to match. 2 parking spaces made life easy for 2 couple to stay here, and the apartment itself had a great amount of space. Walkable into the centre of Newquay (about 5 mins) and has lots of great beach / bays on your doorstep. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks

This particular apartment had a most memorable deck and view just like the picture. We cherished sitting on deck and watching the beach, waves and people every morning and evening. The cool ocean breeze was also very nice for June as the weather was heating up elsewhere in UK. I f the weather is good, guests are in for a real treat staying here. Room has everything you need and good wifi even on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area!
