Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

You will be welcomed in an authentic farmhouse from 1839, with its stone walls and exposed beams, freshly renovated to add comfort and well-being. Guests can relax in a shaded 200 m2 garden with a terrace and parking. The whole property faces southwest and is decorated with a country hedge.

Maison rénovée au cœur de Martel, à 5 minutes à pied la place de la halle. Situé dans une rue calme à proximité des commerces et restaurants. La rue est à sens unique, très peu de passage. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue sans problème. Les draps et les serviettes de bains sont fournis. La maison n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (présence d'escaliers).
