Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

"Ulisse" - Two-room apartment with terrace overlooking the sea

The apartment is located on the second floor of a seafront complex on Canneto Beach on the Island of Lipari, which can be reached by crossing the road! In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher. The bus stop to the center is 15 meters away.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. Beautiful Aeolian house surrounded by a beautiful garden and equipped with a patio with sea view and Strombolicchio view. It is located in the heart of Piscita, a short walk from the Library, a historic meeting point on the island. The house was renovated in May 2024 and has two independent entrances on a quiet pedestrian street and consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The property is completed by the outdoor shower with sea view and hot water.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
