We booked The Stables for a couple of nights, including for it to be used as the bridal getting ready space on the morning of our recent wedding, as it is only 10 mins from Priston Mill. It was absolutely perfect and Nancy went above and beyond to help make it work for us including making space on the drive of the main house to allow wedding suppliers to park. The space was light and bright and surrounded by a gorgeous garden and it felt really private and peaceful. It was very well equipped with everything you’d need and actually seemed a larger space in person than in the pictures! Special thanks go to Nancy for making it extra special for our wedding and including some lovely bubbly in the fridge which was a really thoughtful touch.

We stayed at The Stables for 3 nights when we had a walking event from Cirencester. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was the perfect place to flop after our 50km in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside. It’s beautifully decorated and Duncan and Julie really have thought of everything. Duncan popped round as we arrived to check we had everything we needed and was very helpful. The hot tub was such a bonus too, just what our aching legs needed!

Amazing stay! The hut was exactly like the photos and just as described The thoughtful touches Prosecco milk cake hot chocolate and chocolate were lovely and really made us feel at home The hut was well appointed and everything had been well thought through and we did not want for anything The fact the washing up was done for you again added to the experience! The hot tub and view were beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather we made full use of the outdoor space Great recommendations on walks and places to eat! Thank you for a fantastic stay and being an amazing host- you went above and beyond!

I stayed at Elaine’s place with my 16 year old daughter. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I could have brought the dog but be warned it’s a very small place ( inside) and there are sheep nearby. The little studio comes with a small enclosed paddock. It was just lovely. My daughter had the bed on the mezzanine and I had the sofa bed. Very comfy. There is no traditional oven/ hob but there is a microwave/ with oven ( wasn’t sure how to use) . For a short stay it had everything we wanted. Elaine has kitted it out beautifully. A relaxing space and very quiet! Perfect for 2 in any weather, 4 would work in better weather.

We were very happy with Fiona’s place. It’s in a historic quaint location and peaceful. The place was as described and had everything we needed. Nice and clean and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was absolutely lovely - responsive, welcoming, and even came out to meet us, which made us feel right at home. The space was clean and full of thoughtful, personal touches that really set it apart. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also really appreciated the EV charger, which made traveling so much easier. The home was very spacious and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail throughout. Would 100% stay again - highly recommended!

Chris was a great host, there if we needed him. His place is perfect, enclosed and dog safe garden and a hot tub to die for. 💙

Excellent accommodation and location, we had a very pleasant stay. Hosts were very friendly and approachable, Chestnut Barn was very well layout, charming and homely. The bottle of wine, Bath Soft Cheese, and the breakfast Crossants were lovely and greatly appreciated. We visited Bath, Bristol and went to the Bath soft cheese farm for lunch. All very enjoyable, and well worth seeing, met up with family at local pub, and had an excellent stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks Colin and Julie xx

Wonderful overnight stay at this beautiful little lodge, fabulous location very quiet and peaceful. Kathy was a perfect host, we were a last minute booker and she was very accommodating and gave all the information we needed via messages. Great location to explore neighbouring Castle Combe, close to various supermarkets too. Safe off-road parking was appreciated. Fantastic stay in a lovely rural location. The house itself is a great size for two and makes the perfect base to explore this pocket of Herefordshire. Dawn was a great and very responsive host who quickly communicated throughout the stay. Highly recommended host and stay.

This was the most lovely place to stay. Well designed, comfy bed with good linen, super shower and Faith in Nature toiletries. Delightful touches like fresh flowers and homemade cake - heaven! Thank you Amanda.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The studio is perfectly clean and comfortable and in such beautiful surroundings. There’s so much to see and do in the nearby areas and we appreciated all of the recommendations! We’ll definitely stay again.

We had a great stay — the place was beautifully presented, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the deep bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Phip and John were great hosts, and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

What a brilliant little bolthole. Beautifully designed and excellent comms from the lovely family who own it. A short walk into Malmesbury where there and local shops and a few pubs to choose from. Also - perfect for going to a gig at Westonbirt Arboretum.

Perfect place to stay. Photos do not show how wonderful the place is, it's much much bigger, more spacious than expected. We were pleasantly surprised. the whole of the property was spotless. everything we needed and more. Peaceful location, but not far from shops, pubs and more. We would definitely return in the future.

What a beautiful place to stay for a girls weekend! We wanted a quiet, peaceful getaway and Becky's Airbnb provided just that. We had a little drive into Bristol, which didn't take long at all but spent the majority of the time in the hot tub or chatting away on the deck as it was so lovely. Would highly recommend!

Cottage was lovely, exactly as seen on the pictures. Julia’s suggestions for things to do was very well received as was the little welcome pack on check in. All in all a lovely few days away

Such a lovely, peaceful haven while I was on a course for a few days. Maggie sent such welcoming and helpful information and I was comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was easy the location was perfect for Clifton. Would definitely stay again

Lovely stay in the annexe, it has everything you need for a week. Alice and Pierre were super friendly whenever I saw them and the walks from the door in the woods are fantastic - very few people and alive with birds and wildlife. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if I was staying in the area. Thanks for a relaxing and peaceful week.

A lovely peaceful place to stay. Great location, surrounded by nature, including friendly sheep! Host spent time with us to explain the location, property and sheep! The weather was amazing, rather hot but fan provided. Lovely touches including essentials in the fridge. Would highly recommend x

Stayed at Karen‘s for about a week at first was dubious about the sofa bed however the sofa bed was extremely comfortable the place was well equipped and have everything there so I could function. I would stop at Karen’s again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—a great base for exploring Bristol and the surrounding area, with so much to see and do nearby. The lodge is very family-friendly, with a huge garden that our kids loved, and plenty of toys for indoors and outdoors to keep them entertained. Our host was incredibly friendly, warm-hearted and helpful, always available—whether in person or via message—and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even offering extra toys for our boys. She also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. A special highlight for the kids was the little rabbit that would occasionally hop by the garden 😉! Highly recommended for families with small children looking for a relaxed and welcoming place to stay.
