Direkt vom Haus aus kann man zu Wanderungen und Radtouren aufbrechen, oder nach einer kurzen Autofahrt Sterzing genießen.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. This apartment also features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Basement "Michl With the puristic style of furnishing with earthy colors and furniture made of local larch wood, two to six people will find their own personal piece of happiness on 87m². For additional well-being: a modern wood stove and a private panorama sauna with wellness loungers. Always including the spectacle of nature: viewed through the windows, enjoyed from the 27m² panoramic terrace or experienced right outside the front door.

Studio for 1-2 guests - approx. 21 m² - with balcony and garage space in the centre of Sölden. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave with oven function. Spacious shower, WC, Dyson hairdryer and hand and bath towels. A wellness bag with bathrobe for free use of the wellness area in our partner hotel opposite, yoga mat, rucksack for your adventures, Marshall loudspeaker, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

Log cabin in Trins with view and atmosphere

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden to be used in the east of the house. We are happy to inform our guests and are usually available in person.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Jaufenspitze, Blasighof

The holiday apartment "Jaufenspitze Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and overlooks the mountain. The 34 m² studio apartment consists of 1 living room/bedroom, 1 well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 small balcony. This apartment can accommodate 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use.
