Incredibly cosy house in the Austrian Tirol regions. Great place to stay with family or friends, and good kitchen which makes long stays comfortable!

We had a nice stay at the house slate. Check-in was flexible and easy. The entire place was very clean and there was everything you need, incl. Cooking and grilling utensils, you almost feel like home. The spa area was spacious and as described. Despite other guests, we also had some moments to ourselves. On our first day, however, the sauna was switched off shortly after 9 pm (instead of 10 pm), too bad for us as we could only arrive in the early evening. The app was very helpful for hiking tips and also answered all questions about the services for us. I might have liked an extra towel for the sauna (no extra charge), I just recommend bringing a towel and bathrobe myself - otherwise they can also be rented at an additional cost. I find the check out at 10 am a little early, but I also understand that it takes its time to clean the place. We will be happy to come back!

It was just wonderful! We really enjoyed our family vacation with our 1.5 year old son! The apartment is very cozy, super equipped and large. Everything was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the great flexibility until two days before departure, because it was really great! Thanks to the Wildschönau Card, we were able to use all gondola lifts for free. It was really great and we look forward to next time!

The beautiful, modern and bright cottage of Peter and his wife is really worth a trip and a stay. It is super spacious and very cozy. It really invites you to linger! And on top of that, the surroundings are also simply picturesque and offers everything your heart desires. The hosts make every effort to make the stay truly wonderful! The communication is great, the furnishings in the house are of high quality and very high quality. Nothing is missing! The ad is really exactly what is offered! Great! Thank you!

I spent four wonderful days in this accommodation! It is beautifully furnished, the large bathroom was a real highlight, and the bedroom and bed were incredibly cozy – you immediately feel comfortable. The terrace was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I was out and about a lot by bike and, thanks to the great tips from David, the friendly landlord, I was also able to eat really delicious food. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, ideal for switching off and relaxing. Even the Zugspitze is only about 50 minutes away by car, if you feel like a trip. In short: My 4 days here were totally relaxed, I feel refreshed and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation!

Nice and large house steps away from Sölden. Fully equiped and very neat. Good communication during and prior to the stay. Good base for hiking and cycling in the summer! Thanks for the stay!

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. What a beautiful, thoughtfully designed home — we came for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Marietta was friendly and responsive, and helped with everything we needed during our time in Garmisch. Would very happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The ski area is close by, the kitchen is great for long cooking nights and the indoor cinema great for a relaxing night! I can highly recommend the place!
