Monthly Rentals in Studham

We loved our weekend in Jilly and David’s beautiful property. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The property is immaculate, very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with all amenities thought of. It was a welcoming home from home. We had two wonderful nights of peaceful sleep and woke to splendid views in the mornings. The property sits in the most gorgeous private gardens, with direct access onto an easy walking path through scenic meadows that lead straight to Ashridge House (it takes around 20 mins). We enjoyed meeting Jilly and David, who are the kindest hosts. We really enjoyed speaking with them about the local area and the work they had put into their lovely garden. They were very welcoming as soon as we arrived and explained where everything was and how it all worked. They gave us lots of tips about places to eat and visit with our two children. Bonus points for meeting Alfie, their sweet, friendly, well behaved dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Dave & Pam were absolutely wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble & were on hand with lots of local information & help. They went above & beyond. The accomodation was spotless & everything you might need was on hand (even things you didnt realise you needed). Lovely little homely touchs as well. Such a peaceful & relaxing place & great nights sleep every night. The garden is lovely & great to watch the birds & wildlife. Thank you both.

The Annexe is an absolute gem. The main house next door to the Annexe is absolutely stunning and so are the gardens around it. Jo and her family are so friendly (and we adored meeting their friendly and well behaved dogs). The Annexe itself was extremely comfortable, stylised designed, and had everything you’d need (with some very generous treats). You honestly couldn’t ask for more. This is AirBnb at its best.
