Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

The 1A ChaletKlippitznest is our sunny jewel box with alpine character. At an altitude of approx 1530 metres above sea level it is located in a lovely hiking area. The new panorama sauna offers breathtaking views towels/bed linen are INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Felden and Wörthersee are close. The beds have been upgraded with the highest quality mattresses and toppers A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight In summer the spacious wooden terrace invites you to enjoy the view.

In der Sauna mit grandiosem Bergpanorama kannst du entspannen und anschließend auf dem großzügigen Balkon auf Chill-Möbeln die grandiose Aussicht genießen. Im 2-Zimmer-Appartement findest du alles, was zu einem perfekten Urlaub gehört. Zauber in der hochwertigen Miele-Küche ein leckeres Menü und genieße vor dem Kamin einen guten Tropfen Wein. Unsere gemütliche Zirbitzhütte mit Sauna und Kamin befindet sich direkt am Waldrand mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge des Naturparks Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen in einer Seehöhe von 1050 Metern. Direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen die Wanderwege, das schneesichere Skigebiet Grebenzen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse hört man das Rauschen des nahegelegenen Gebirgsbaches, Sonnenanbeter kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten

Wir vermieten unser ca. 60 qm großes Apartment mit direktem Anschluss an das 4*S Spa Resort Styria in Bad Waltersdorf. Für 1-4 Personen (Schlafzimmer und Schlafcouch vorhanden). Alle Bereiche sind barrierefrei erreichbar! Unsere Gäste können zusätzlich zum Apartment mit Balkon den 2300m2 großen Wellness- und Spa Bereich des Spa Resorts Styria kostenlos nutzen. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,5 € p. P. / Nacht muss bei Abreise im Hotel bezahlt werden.
