We had a fantastic stay! The owner was very approachable and attentive to all our needs and requests, making us feel truly welcomed. The place itself was incredibly comfortable and spotless, stocked with everything we needed for a easy and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was very convenient, making it perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The host was very hospitable and very responsive. Great location for Bangkok visiting. The only issues we had was the amount of flights of stairs the property has especially if you have heavy suitcases.

Wonderful stay, very spacious and large rooms, filled with all amenities. Buay is an amazing host and does everything to render all the help she can. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still well connected to it. Highly recommended for peaceful stays for families.

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

Napa was so responsive and made our trip much better thanks to all her recommendations and helpful tips. The house was great, well stocked, and spacious- but the best part was how wonderfully helpful and accommodating Napa was. Great stay for a first timer to Thailand who might need some support from a kind and generous local 😻

We had a wonderful stay, and the hosts were very kind and provided great recommendations around the city. The home was clean and the air conditioning worked incredibly well, which we were so thankful for because of the heat in the city. The top floor room was five stories high so we were out of breath by the time we went to bed lol, but it was worth it all around. Would recommend and stay here again.

房間格局是很傳統的泰式家庭房，雖然房子的外觀偏老舊，但內部房間很新也很乾淨整潔，也很喜歡一樓的佈置，很讓人放鬆！距離最近的bts捷運Thong lor站走路約10-15分鐘，但那條路有點不太方便讓行人行走，所以grab bike是很好的選擇！附近環境都是住宅很安靜，鄰近也有7-11走路不用3分鐘很方便，小缺點應該是晚上外面的道路上的水溝容易有蟑螂要注意一下而已，但基本上不影響住宿體驗。鄰近也有很多不錯的咖啡廳，很適合早晨去醒腦或是辦公，也有幾家好吃的店家，十分推薦！有任何問題也會快速回覆！

great host and great airbnb

Samornrat war unheimlich hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort, wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten, den Ort zum Airbnb zu finden und mit ihrer Hilfe war dies kein Problem, auch zu späteren Stunden. 🙏 Das Reihenhaus hat wirklich alles, ist sehr gepflegt und in einem bewachten wohn-komplex! Hier ist es gut, wenn man mobil ist, oder auch gerne mal 30 Minuten läuft, um zum nächst gelegenen Ort zu kommen. Für mich war dies ein morgendlicher Spaziergang … Klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich von den Trubel in Bangkok zurückziehen möchte ❣️ Danke für alles 🙏🤗

the house is gorgeous, well decorated and suitable for big family or big gang of friends. There are total of three bathroom upstairs and two downstairs, so it's important for big group so we are not queuing for toilet or shower! the bedroom well decorated as per the picture. the beds and pillows are comfortable like the hotel. My fussy sister always has trouble on sleeping when travel also able to felt asleep. washer and dryer are ideal for family who doesn't want to pile up the dirty clothes after holiday. I love every single detail that the host put in the house including tissue box everywhere which is useful when I have young kid. The big TV and small pool are good for relaxing aalt home. The only downside is the downstair bunk bed room and bathroom had dampen or cockroach smell when we checked-in and there are small dead cockroaches too, once I informed the host, they sent the helper to ozone out the area. The host said it due to the raining period.

Thanya's place is a great place to stay , very spacious , clean , with basic amenities. All the appliances were working well. We didn't experience any issues during our stay . It feels so homey in Thanya's place . There is a seven eleven , a coffeeshop and some restaurants nearby. The host, Thanya/Mod is very responive and helpful ( recommended a van transpo) . Wadie , the caretaker was also very warm and friendly . I'm giving this place a 10/10 rating .

Armie is a great host and place is in perfect location. I loved my time in Thailand and Chinatown is amazing. A must visit 💙. Please stay at Armie place it’s very big and comfortable for a family

Amazing stay, super convenient only a 5 min walk to BTS. Lots of local food spots. perfect for a small group or family.

I had a pleasant stay. The check in was flexible and there were great food options at walking distance.

Lovely private place, short walk from BTS and has some lovely cafes and bars right on the doorstep. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Had the most amazing vacation at this absolute gem of an airbnb. The place was incredible — impeccably decorated and so spacious! Bhantitra (the host) was an absolute gentleman — He was incredibly accommodating, responsive and helpful! Can't wait until I go back to Thailand and will 100% book here once again! ขอบคุณครับ!

this is the best air BnB I've ever stayed in with the best host I've ever come across and I genuinely cannot wait to come back. the host was so accommodating to our requests and made us feel welcome from the first moment. the space was beautiful to cook in and relax. wait till you see the outside room with hot tub and relaxing space - it's an oasis! bed was extremely comfy with the perfect mattress and the balcony was absolutely stunning. beautiful period villa which was very modern. the area was quiet but walkable to the nearest mall around 10 mins away and theres a cute bar) restaurant literally 2 mins away. a must book. thanks Natt for having us 10/10

Do not miss out on this gem if you're looking for an oasis in Bangkok. Also do note that this place is on the 4th floor with no elevator. (That also means minimal noise from street level) Balcony was great to unwind or to start your day, the in-unit washer was what we needed after a long trip. A/C was strong and consistent to beat the heat, MJ was responsive to all queries

バンコク内で希少な4ベッドルームの一軒家でした。立地が抜群に良く、BTSのプラカノン駅から徒歩3分の距離にあります。建物は3階建で1階には広いリビングダイニングキッチンがあり優雅にくつろぐことができました。2階の2ベッドルームにはそれぞれシャワーとトイレがありますが、3階の2部屋のシャワーとトイレは共用でしたので、各部屋にあればなお良かったです。洗濯機に物干しスペースも充実していました。前の道路は交通量が少なく、バンコクの煩いバイクの音などは家の中まではあまり聞こえてこなかったです。メッセージのレスポンスも早く、不安を感じることはありませんでした。またバンコクに行く際には泊まってみたいと思える家でした。
