Just 1 km from La Cinta beach and 2.5 km from the city center, small villa for rent consisting of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with two single beds that we can join or separate according to your needs, bathroom with shower (no bidet), covered veranda and private garden. The property is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, water reserve. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop and San Teodoro Beach Bus.

Nice townhouse near the beach

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home. The villa is located in a small and private residence near the beach and the center but in a point far from traffic and chaos. The house is perfect for those with children, it is equipped with a crib, side rails and high chair, the gardens are fenced and 50 meters away is a lovely municipal playground. The unique location allows you to reach both La Cinta beach and the town's central square in a few minutes' walk.

Very nice private and clean house with a terrace and a wonderful view to the sea! It is quietly located on a side street, yet right in the center and about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful La Cinta beach. There are the most important things, the host was very friendly with great communication and always available. We will be happy to come back!

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

Alba - Relaxation Oasis with a Sea View

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s place! The apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and offers a beautiful view over the sea. We especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony, a great spot to relax while being sheltered from the wind. Marco was a kind and proactive host, always helpful and thoughtful. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the welcome touches – a bottle of water in the fridge and even a bottle of Prosecco to greet us. There is a smart camera facing the back seating area that is intended for safety. Overall, a great experience – thank you again, Marco, for your hospitality!

A wonderful villa in San Teodoro, with both a great garden and terrace. Close to a few of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, and in great location to explore the east coast of the island. Perfect neighbourhood, spacious villa - which has everything one would need. Definitely recommend!
