Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Subbetica

Beautiful villa up in the hills. Our host Pepe was fantastic -meeting us at a pre-arranged location and driving with us directly to the house despite a very late (2am!) flight arrival. The gardens and land around the house are beautifully tended and Pepe took great pride showing us around and we benefitted with fresh grown beans, artichokes, spinach, oranges, lemons….and of course daily eggs from the chickens! It’s approx 15min drive to the nearest towns/supermarkets and 40min into Malaga, but if you want peace and quiet in the middle of stunning scenery then this villa is ideal.

Majoittaja erittäin ennakoiva, nopeasti reagoiva tarpeen vaatiessa. Hyvät ajo-ohjeet etukäteen, asunto löytyi myös helposti. Hyvin joustava, aikaisempi sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui helposti. Asunto on juuri sitä mitä luvataan, täynnä taidetta. Kaikki mukavuudet asunnossa toimivat moitteettomasti. Kylässä useita tapas-baareja/ravintoloita, lämmin suositus. Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Dort morgens zu frühstücken oder abends zu essen war Urlaub pur. Ein neuer kleiner Pool bringt die nötige Abkühlung. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und mit vielen individuellen Kunstobjekten ausgestattet. Ein besonderer Ort wo man die Kreativität von Timsam spüren kann. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Timsam war sehr freundlich und zügig. Für uns war es die beste Location auf Airbnb die wir bisher hatten. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Carina. Die Zimmer waren freundlich eingerichtet und total gemütlich! Auch die Ausstattung der Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Ofen. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall der wunderschöne, große Außenbereich. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken! Der Blick auf die Berge war zu jeder Tageszeit einfach malerisch und abends kann man die Sonne untergehen sehen. Das Haus mit dem Außenbereich war so schön, dass wir zwei Tage einfach nur die Zeit dort am Pool genossen haben, ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Abends konnte man draußen grillen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Im April kann es im Haus noch recht kalt sein, aber es gibt elektrische Heizgeräte. Die Kommunikation mit Carina war sehr gut! Sie hat immer sofort reagiert, war total freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles war perfekt 😍!

Sitio increíble , mi niño disfruto como nunca, super acogedor , todo super limpio. Es pura magia poder disfrutar así y con mis perritas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. La decoración de las bicis nos encantó

Logement situé dans un endroit calme avec son entrée particulière. Le top pour visiter l'Andalousie. Sachant que le soleil était au rendez-vous, nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner en terrasse. Stationnement de notre véhicule à proximité immédiate. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte. Pensons y retourner.

A beautiful home to relax in. The outside space is incredible with amazing views. The property is clean and comfortable, we felt at home. The owners are so kind and friendly, very responsive to messages and they provided a delicious breakfast package. A fantastic place to stay - I would recommend to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the time in tranquility.

This is a beautifully detailed home, feels relaxed and calm, but with so much thought and detail in furnishings and artwork. The beds were comfortable, the showers amazing , outside space delightful. Well equipped kitchen and a welcome basket of provisions which was kind. Moclin is a pretty town, locals friendly and fabulous vistas; great location for Granada.

It was one of the best airbnb experiences. The apartment was huge, perfect for big group of people. As climbers, we could reach many climbing spots in less than 20 minutes and at the same time we had an access to many shops in Álora and Bermejo. The apartment was a little bit cold but I guess it is normal in Spain. Forutunately there was a huge fireplace that we used every day and it made our experience even better :) Leonardo and Alberto are great hosts, very communicative and helpful. We also want to thank for breakfasts and farewell paella <3 we will come back definitely

Un havre de paix pour se ressourcer entre 2 visites dans le flot des touristes et pour qui aime sortir du tour recommandé par les guides touristiques. Excellent endroit pour randonner , à pied ou à cheval, mais aussi super spot de cyclisme.

Alojamiento muy agradable. Camas muy confortables, buena ropa de cama y toallas. Cocina bien equipada. Anfitrión muy detallista. Es difícil encontrar alojamientos dónde incluso se facilitan albornoces para todos los huéspedes. Además te encuentras en la nevera todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno: fruta, tomates, pan, mantequilla y mermelada, café, todo tipo de leches... una pasada! Aparatos de aire acondicionado frío/calor. Estufa de leña ya preparada para solamente tener que acercar la cerilla! La encendimos y funciona fenomenal. Televisión en todas las estancias. Patio muy bonito lleno de plantas. Se trata de un semisótano con entrada independiente acondicionado con mucho gusto y pensado al detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Juan Manuel vive en la misma casa, es súper accesible y está siempre dispuesto para dar valiosa información y consejos. Ideal para visitar el Caminito del Rey

Echoing all the other reviews, this was just a great place to stay. The house may be small but perfectly adequate, great value and so well and thoughtfully equipped. Hosts live in one of the four properties onsite but when we were there (July 2022) only one of the two other rental properties (for 2) was rented out and we never saw the hosts in the pool so it certainly didn’t feel crowded or busy at all. Host’s are great, concerned to make sure you have a good stay and really helpful without being at all intrusive. Steph kindly allowed us a very late checkout on our last day which we were incredibly grateful for. A brilliant folder of advice for places to stay, eat and local hikes waits in the house and a couple of big fans to help keep cool on those toasting hot days. Car definitely advised! Además de tener un piso precioso, limpio, bien decorado y con todas las necesidades posibles cubiertas, el trato con Juan Antonio ha sido excelente. Nos aconsejó donde comer, siempre pendiente del teléfono... Hemos estado muy a gusto en su casa. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Zuheros, repetiremos. ¡Gracias!

Such a special accommodation in the middle of nature. Although there are a few other apartments on the grounds, it feels like you’re on your own. The hosts were there if we needed anything and the apartment had everything that you could need for a stay in a remote place. If you need a break from your busy life, this is definitely the place for you!

Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, na fantastisch contact over de aankomsttijd, Bij aankomst is het even rustig rijden maar het uitzicht en de locatie zijn zeer mooi en netjes, We konden alles vragen als er wat nodig was. Let wel op ‘Duck’ is wel nodig voor zeker wat langere mensen maar ook dat is top uitgelegd. Met een groot woord zeer enthousiast en heerlijk in voor een praatje. What a wonderfully peaceful part of the world Paul has found. The property is set in a beautiful hamlet close to Lake Viñuela with beautiful views out over the Lake. It’s close to Los Romanes which has some local shops, bars and restaurants for convenience. It’s around 50 min drive from Malaga, with so many accessible nature parks within driving distance - we spent the entire time outside soaking it all up. The property itself is a marvel. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to return. Everything you need is provided. Paul himself was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive, offering local recommendations and tips. Thank you Paul for welcoming us to your beautiful place, we hope to return!!!

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!

Amazing place in the middle of the mountains. Great views, nice locations. Restaurants and Supermarket within walking distance. The house was great and clean. We felt very welcome as communication with the host was fast and easy. we will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Dorien and Wims beautiful villa. Both are really responsive and helpful, when there are questions. Even though we had a few incidents it was easy to communicate and on an really appreciative and friendly basis. We loved the house and the beautiful nature around. It’s definitely mandatory to come by car because of the uneven and mountainous terrain but the instructions we got from Wim and Dorien have been really helpful and easy to follow. We stayed with a group of 8 and we had more than enough space for everyone and would definitely recommend to spend a calm and relaxing vacation at this amazing spot to recharge from daily life. We wish Wim and Dorien all the best!

sehr nette gastgeber. man hat sich wie zu hause gefühlt, alles war sauber und alles was man brauchte war gegeben. alles top wie man es sich wünscht. lohnt sich seinen urlaub dort zu machen wenn man es gerne ruhig haben will zum entspannen und runter kommen. wirklich weiterempfehlenswert.

Excellent logement, avec une vue incroyable, un jardin ravissant, et des espaces ouverts agréables. On recommande à 100%. Notre séjour en Andalousie restera un des plus beaux voyages.

Nogle gange når man køber en vare ud fra billeder, så lever de ikke op til den vare man reelt får, men billederne på Airbnb lever fuldt ud til hvordan der faktisk ser ud. Møllen er et meget dejligt og hyggeligt hus, godt indrettet. Udendørsarealerne er hyggelige og der er masser af steder man kan sidde både i solen og i skyggen. Poolen er skøn og der kan altid skabes lidt skygge med de store parasoller. Der er pænt, rent, rydeligt, smagfuldt indrettet og der er alt man har behov for til en dejlig ferie. Louisa og Julio er gode og opmærksomme værter. Louisa svarer hurtigt på beskeder med råd og vejledning. På trods af de bor lige ved siden af, så kommer de ikke uanmeldt, men kommer hurtigt, hvis der er brug for det. Vi har virkelig nydt vores ferie og kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang.

We had a lovely week at Dan’s place! A beautiful house with stunning view on the andalucian hills . The villa has all equipment a group needs for a week. Moreover, there is enough entertainment around the house, with the pool, ping-pong, petanque court etc. Lastly, the communication with Dan and Wednesday was very good. Thank you!!
