The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

We were a group of 6 friends, and we absolutely loved white’s place! Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t go out much, but the pool and the house itself was enough for us. Aside from some minor hiccups (leaks in the kitchen, lost electricity twice), our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and had what we needed, especially for cooking. Both white and the caretaker were very responsive too. It was just a bummer that we weren’t allowed to see the beach through the neighbor’s private access even if we were willing to pay. Overall, we’ll definitely come back again, especially once the weather brightens up! Thanks white family!

We enjoyed staying at Ani’s place. It was easy to find, the road going there is good, too. There’s a market on the way (Morong Public Market) for those who may want to buy stuff before heading to the house. The house felt really homey and it has everything that we need. It may not be beach front, but we actually enjoyed the peacefulness of the house, away from the noise of the neighboring resorts. It was just a short walk to the beach after all. It’s also private and safe, with enough space in front of the house. There’s also a covered parking space which can fit 2 cars. I highly recommend this place to those who want to try the beach in Bataan. It’s perfect for families and friends who want to have a cozy staycation.

The host is very active, salute ni Ms Susana. The place is very homey. I think headsup lang ung stairs kasi too steep plus ung daan going there pero go padin! :)

This is probably the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever booked. People in the area are nice and helpful. The host is quick to respond. The LPG suddenly ran out and it was replaced in a matter of minutes after I messaged Karen. The house was clean and we appreciate the appliances it has such as the hot/cold dispenser and washer. I love that the house has everything that are actually functioning and not just for the photo description.

TJ's place was quiet and peaceful. We love the forest ambiance of the surroundings. Rooms and extra mattresses are enough for us, we are 10 adults plus 3 children. We stayed for two nights. The house is clean and has all the basic things you need. Internet connection is relatively good. It is situated inside an exclusive subdivision and it's few minutes away from Zoobic Safari, Ocean Adventure and nice beaches. TJ was kind enough to recommend nearby restaurants to explore and the caretaker was there when we checked in and oriented us about the things we can use inside the house as well as provided further instructions. The whole family love our stay at TJ's place. Will likely book again next time. Thank you TJ, thank you AirBnb.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours earlier but was accommodated just the same. Everything we needed was available in the unit.

What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll get—accurate description of the place and surroundings. Kuya Bernie the caretaker, is very easy to talk to and accommodating, same with the owner. The neighbors are also friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Everything went well overall. If I may suggest, it would be great to add a few more kitchen utensils like a bottle opener and can opener, and consider replacing the knives for better use. All in all, it was a good experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia’s place! The home is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was easy to find, and Virginia provided clear, helpful instructions that made check-in a breeze. One of the best parts for us was that it’s pet-friendly — it was such a relief to bring our furbaby along. The high-speed internet was also a huge plus, especially for working remotely. Virginia was an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot!

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

Ate Lina is very welcoming and accommodating as a host. The place is also clean and free from flies. The AC is superb and cools the room very quickly. Velvet and comforters are also provided aside from the usual linen as "kumot." Very nice place, definitely worth your money.

We'll definitely be back

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! We’d love to go back to your place.

If you want a quiet place with a beautiful view, this is a go to. But it is atleast 20mins away from the city center and is far from stores and establishments.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.
