Au cœur d'un parc arboré, cottage idéal pour se mettre au vert. Situé en plein poumon vert de Loches à proximité des Châteaux de la Loire, du Zoo de Beauval et des sites touristiques. Le cottage comprend un salon, une kitchenette, une salle d'eau, douche, WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double avec vue sur le parc et 2 couchages lit simple, une mezzanine avec coin lecture. TV, dvd, poss. d'emmener une clé USB pour films ou dessins animés à brancher sur TV. Poss de connexion Netflix, canal+

Charmant troglodyte face au château de Loches

Notre troglodyte est situé en bordure de Loches, avec une superbe vue sur le château, une terrasse privative et un barbecue ; il peut accueillir un couple et éventuellement deux enfants. Très proche du centre ville, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture sur le petit parking privatif et tout faire à pied (10mn du centre ville). Vous pourrez aussi découvrir de magnifiques sites : Amboise, Chenonceaux, le zoo de Beauval, Montrésor… Nous offrons, quand nous le pouvons, un petit déjeuner le 1er jour.

Logement occupant le rez-de-chaussée d'une ancienne école libre datant du début XX ème siècle, situé au coeur d'un village avec commerces, à 5 min d'Amboise et à proximité des plus beaux châteaux de la Loire : Amboise, Chenonceaux, Chaumont ... Vous pourrez découvrir cette belle région à pied, à vélo, en canoë, en montgolfière ... Habitant à l'étage de l'ancienne école, je suis disponible et à votre écoute tout au long de votre séjour, le stationnement du véhicule est possible dans la cour
