Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

A beautiful lovingly furnished accommodation in which nothing is missing. The location is very central, it is very quiet and has a nice balcony. In addition, a cozy kitchen, a nice living room and a spacious bedroom. The hostess leaves nothing to be desired and has welcomed me very warmly. I can only recommend it warmly.👍👍👍

Very cozy, idyllic apartment with cabin feeling on the edge of the forest. Perfect for a break in the countryside and nature to escape the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in a yard with very nice, helpful neighbors. There are also nice walks on the water, the Schlei is within walking distance. We also felt very comfortable in the apartment itself. Had a super relaxing, beautiful time there.

I am simply full of praise. The cozy and modernly furnished apartment - there is even underfloor heating - is a cozy retreat; ideal for relaxing from extensive excursions to the sluice, to the Baltic Sea - in Denmark you can be in half an hour. Zita and Oliver are a nice and sweet couple. Happy to come back...!

The 10-day stay with Karin was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean and very quiet. And yes, I saw the deer, too. I came by train, and Karin picked me up at the station. Although the house is a bit remote, I could reach everything well on foot, about 15 min. to Schloss Gottorf, 20, 25 min. to the train station, about 20 min. to the nearest grocery store, about 15 min. to the nearest bus stop. The city center and city harbor are a little further away. Unfortunately, the only local bike rental was closed, but there is bike sharing, the next station at Schloss Gottorf. So I could also easily get to the city center by bus or bicycle. Karin is very helpful and responds promptly to messages. If I come to Schleswig again, I will be happy to rent the apartment again.

Hella's apartment has a lot of love for detail - great furnishings: practical, stylish and cozy. The highlight is definitely the view over the Schlei, but also additional advantages, such as a complete, very functional mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle - all included and well stored. And the convenient garage parking space around the corner, which also appears more burglar-proof with safety gates. Hella was super attentive, sweet and accommodating from the beginning and trying to make everything possible. Check-in is very straightforward.

Country house from 1836 in the Schlei region

We found exactly what we were looking for in Twedt: a pretty and cozy cottage in a small village with very friendly neighborhood and enough space to spend vacation time together both indoors and outdoors. We immediately felt very comfortable! Since we are passionate about cooking and baking, we really liked the equipment of the kitchen because we always had everything we needed. The house is located in such a way that we (traveling by car) had a great starting point, because whether we wanted to go for day trips to the Baltic Sea beaches, to the smaller and larger cities or even to the North Sea, it was all within 30 to 45 minutes. The area is really beautiful and you can look forward to Kirsten's house when you return there in the evening. For a small problem, Kirsten was immediately available and a solution followed immediately! We recovered very much as city plants in the house and area and enjoyed everything!
