Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Südlohn

This was my second stay at Magdalena and Karsten’s place, and once again, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. They’re thoughtful and reliable hosts who clearly care about their guests’ experience. I really appreciate the consistency and warm hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back to your place next month!

Quietly located accommodation. Price/performance totally fair. Cozy sleeping alcove. Quiet house. The landlord lives in the apartment below. Very satisfied and recommended!

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Beautiful little retreat, the whole yard is really beautiful! There is everything you need in the room and it corresponds exactly to the pictures! Anne is very easy to reach if questions arise!

We were in the house for an extended weekend with 7 people (4 adults + 3 teenagers) and had a nice time. The house is quietly situated in a holiday park. We had a very nice welcome and check-in. Everything was available for our short stay.

We had a wonderful time in Dorien's "huuske". A nice welcome with a personal card, eggs in the fridge and chocolates on the table. A cup of coffee was made in no time. It was super clean and everything was present. Lots of privacy in a large garden. We have cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings. The communication with Dorien was nice and cordial We'd love to come back.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

We felt home. The appartment is just nice for 7. The bed quality is excellent, the linen smells extra clean. The house is equiped everything: From oil sugar salt coffee to dishwasher to shampoo to laundry detergent. Theres also coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, lots of toilet rolls etc... Paul was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. He make sure we arrived at the appartment (Even we arrive at 1am). We forgot our key inside the house and "the rescue" is very quick ! (Very kind of him !) I recommand !

Very friendly, fast communication in advance, were even allowed to check in earlier. Everything very clean and cozy. Coffee, tea, spices available. We will be happy to come back.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. I met my expectations this place, everything as described, there was coffee, tea, which is appreciated, for a hot drink. Nothing to add, just Ann is a super host the apartment is located just as described, practical, modern, functional and with good taste in her decoration.
