Brookside Cottage, Kelsale, Suffolk Coast

This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

A cosy, perfectly formed space in the centre of Orford, The Studio is ideally placed to enjoy this gorgeous Suffolk village. A short step to fabulous walks, Pump Street Bakery, 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, a tea room, Village Shop, Butcher & Pinneys Smokery, as well as a short drive to Snape, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge... you won't want for diversions, unless you just want to chill out on your own private patio. Ideal for a couple, a 3rd person can be squeezed in, and your dog is also welcome.
