Holiday rentals with a patio in Suffolk Coastal

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Exceptionally clean with the kitchen fitted out with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday if so desired. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and my mother had the double bed in the lovely large bedroom (the pictures do not do it justice). The flat is within two minutes walk to the beach and small town which has a nice selection of small restaurants and pubs (East Coast 5 was a favourite). Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

A fantastic stay in a lovely new build home with great amenities and excellent beds, we slept very well! The host was extremely approachable and contactable, a very smooth check in and check out with clear instructions. Lovely location with a great pub 2 doors down. We will definitely be returning

A beautiful house with an amazing garden! A paradise for children - from all the toys to the trampoline and the stunning treehouse. There is everything you need for a nice time in the countryside!

Lovely, clean, quiet cottage set well back and tucked in. The inside is well appointed and comfortable and cozily furnished. Outside there are table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside or the late afternoon sunshine. Woodbridge town centre is lively and there are plenty of good places for coffee and to eat. We enjoyed a walk to the Sutton Hoo ship burial site and museum: the path along the tidal river bank is scenic and interesting and takes about an hour.

This was a high quality and very spacious room, with a fun 1930s theme. It's a short walk to the lovely village of Middleton and its pub. The host lives next door and was friendly and helpful. If you are disturbed by early morning light you may want to bring an eye shield as the two door windows didn't have curtains.

The Stay at Kays was very comfortable the house is very well equipped you do not need to arrive with anything apart from yourselves, food & drink. Kay was quick to greet us by txt mgs asking if anything needed contact her plenty of clear instructions for the house. Bikes games indoor & outdoor and patio furniture all available. Parking pretty much next to the house. Will use again. Thank You Kay

Great location - we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to make an evening meal. The bread, milk and coffee left by Linda was much appreciated. I usually book somewhere with a separate living room area, whereas here it’s quite close to the bed. However, it was great to be able to use the outside space instead as we had nice summertime weather.

Apple Tree cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was pristine, and the addition of a welcome pack really made our stay exceptional. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the very well stocked Village Shop and The Angel Inn is also close by and was very friendly and served great food. Thanks Gary - we'll come again!

To be honest I don't like leaving the type of review that I'm about to. The reason being that the Roundhouse was so wonderful that what I am about to write may make it harder to book again, as everyone should stay there at least once! The property is even more unique, and beautiful, than it looks in the photos. It may be hundreds of years old but it felt like home the second we walked in through the great, big, front door. All the creature comforts that a couple could need for a short break were there, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. It has to be said that I think the shower alone was worth the price we paid for the weekend as it was the perfect strength and temperature in a lovely large enclosure. If you ever want to actually leave the property there is a short stroll back along the road to Finchingfield. The village is the definition of picture postcard. There are numerous places to eat but I highly recommend the homemade pizzas at the Finchingfield Lion!!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

Great flat, location and host

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!

We had a great stay. The flat was super, really clean with lovely furnishings. The secure off-road parking opposite the flat was brilliant bearing in mind you are in the centre of town. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you're looking to stay in BSE and we'd love to return in the future. Hosts were very responsive and provided good instructions and information.
