Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sugar Mountain

I surprised my wife with a weekend birthday trip to the mountains. Sherries place was perfect. It was beautiful and spacious. It’s close to everything but you still feel secluded. We enjoyed it very much and really like to use it again in the near future.

Absolutely perfect spot for a ski getaway. We had a blast at Beech Mtn and loved being able to snuggle up next to a real fire after a wonderful day of skiing

This was a lovely place to stay: beautiful and scenic location, not too far from a number of good hikes, clean, and the space itself had a nice aesthetic and was very thoughtfully laid out to make use of the space. The king bed was comfortable and there was great natural light and a cozy vibe when it rained. DJ was very responsive when we had an issue and resolved it quickly.

We had a great stay!! Everything was just as described! Perfect distance to sugar and beech for skiing! We hope to be back soon!

The condo is beautifully decorated, spotless and feels like home. If you want a great view of the mountains, this is it, directly facing Grandfather Mountain! Jason was a very responsive, proactive and helpful host. Grateful for such a wonderful experience in this place.

Stacia’s space was lovely and just what my partner and I were looking for during our weekend snowboarding getaway. I’ve stayed in a few different units at this particular complex, and Stacia’s is easily my favorite so far. The place is stocked with just about anything you could need, and the outdoor porch has a perfect view of the Beech Mountain slopes. Stacia was very kind and communicative, and I’m so grateful that she shared her home with us. Will definitely be on the lookout for this spot when planning future snowboarding trips!

Place was as described, great views! The employees of the building were very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was great! She was very nice and told history of the condo, always quick to pick up drop off no issues there. The amenities were also very enjoyable, two hot tubs and two sauna/spa areas if you wanted privacy. Condo views were great and the place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We are already thinking of doing this again next year, the skiing was very fun and we got a good snow 2-4inches one afternoon as well.

Adam was very helpful with our ski-trip. The location was perfect and the pool and hot tub was a nice add-on feature to his listing. Comfortable beds, a full kitchen with some extra spices and other items to help with the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a beater place for a quick ski-trip!

Scott did a great job and the unit was well appointed. The balcony was a nice morning option and have stocked coffee and sugar is always appreciated. Pro Tip: The lift outside the balcony is the top of a blue run so plan to drop off beginner skiers at the lodge to warm up. There is nothing like taking the last lift of the day all the way up this ski in ski out condo.

Katie was friendly and professional throughout the process. The condo was awesome, we stepped out with our ski eqpt and started skiing right at the top of the Oma slope. Will definitely come back for a repeat visit!

We really loved our stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Great views of Hawksnest snow tubing (which was a fun activity). The house had everything we needed — comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, fireplace and fire pit, a stocked coffee bar, and plenty of parking. The kids loved the bunk room and game room. The balcony has a lot of comfortable seating as well. The hosts were incredibly gracious and kind, as well as available if we needed them. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

We were so pleasantly surprised with how beautifully it was decorated for Christmas. We absolutely loved our stay here! We have kids with allergies and cooked very comfortably in the kitchen. I made homemade bread and our daily meals. This was a perfect place to spend quality time with our family. We will be coming back.

We booked this house last minute, on the drive up, after our previous booking was damaged in a storm. Check in was easy and the place was ready to go. The house itself was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the workout area, hot tub and tons of games as well as a 3 minute drive to the ski resort. It was everything we were looking for.

Great Location Great view clear instructions. Nice for 2 families vacation. Condo was very good clean and so many games for kids. Aimee cohost is always responsive for any questions. Good for vacation. I will go again if i will plan for Beach mountains.

Our family loved staying at Jared’s home. Lovely space, quiet but easy to get to Boone and Blowing Rock. Plenty of room for a family of five and we will certainly try to stay here again next time we are in the area.

This was our first Airbnb experience ever and I was so impressed. It was like a home away from home. The house was an charming 70's setting. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and out and host was very responsive. Will definitely book this stay again.

Great place to stay even in the winter ! Walk to the gym and clubhouse or take a short drive to the indoor pool. Great location for skiing or trails, or a quick trip to Blowing Rock.
